Great Lakes CCC Veterans Corps Program

The Great Lakes CCC Veterans Corps is an inclusive program that serves all veterans transitioning into civilian life. We provide opportunities that build on your military experience, promote a sense of purpose, provide peer support, develop job skills training, and instill self-confidence. Our program serves veterans that are retired, transitioning, homeless and in permanent housing, in rural and urban communities, and those from under-represented populations and under-served geographic areas. The Veterans Corps features paid, immersive experiential learning, and industry certifications.

GREAT LAKES CCC VETERANS CORPS PROGRAM AWARDED HOMELESS VETERANS’ REINTEGRATION PROGRAM (HVRP) GRANT

The Great Lakes CCC Veterans Corp Program has been chosen among a select group of non-profits nationwide to be awarded the Homeless Veterans’ Reintegration Program Grant. The HVRP grant will help Great Lakes CCC provide employment services to homeless veterans seeking to reintegrate into the workforce.

“The U.S. Department of Labor is committed to helping all of our nation’s veterans realize their full potential in the workplace,” said Assistant Secretary of Labor for Veterans’ Employment and Training John Lowry. “While these veterans may be homeless today, with the right kind of support, they can reestablish an employment trajectory that will enable a prosperous future.”
